A pipeline your team actually keeps up to date.
Most CRM implementations fail the same way: fields nobody fills, stages nobody agrees on, and a forecast assembled from guesswork the night before the board meeting. Sales ops done properly is process first, tooling second — and adoption is the deliverable, not the licence.
What we usually find
A CRM that is an expensive address book because nobody trusts what is in it.
A forecast that is whatever the most confident rep says it is.
Leads from marketing that go nowhere because handoff was never defined.
Monthly reporting that takes days of spreadsheet archaeology to produce.
If two or more of these are familiar, this is the practice to start with.
What we build
Sales process design
Pipeline stages with written entry and exit criteria, agreed with the people who will use them — before any software is configured.
CRM implementation
HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce configured around that process, with only the fields that earn their keep. Migration from your current system included.
Lead scoring and routing
Rules based on your actual conversion history where it exists — and honestly simple rules where it does not yet.
Forecasting and reporting
Dashboards that read straight from pipeline data, so the Monday report takes minutes and the forecast has a definition.
Enablement and adoption
Playbooks, templates and training — plus a thirty-day adoption check, because a CRM nobody updates is a failed project regardless of configuration.
Tooling is chosen per engagement. This is what we reach for most often, not a fixed stack.
What you get
Deliverables, written into scope.
Every item here is an acceptance criterion, not an aspiration. If it is not delivered, the engagement is not complete.
- A written sales process your team helped design and agreed to
- A configured CRM with your historical data migrated and de-duplicated
- Lead handoff between marketing and sales defined and automated
- Forecast and pipeline dashboards that update themselves
- An adoption review after thirty days, with fixes included in scope
A CRM nobody updates is a failed project, whatever the configuration.
— Sales Ops, in one line
What we will not do
- Implement a CRM before the sales process it should encode has been agreed.
- Add fields, stages or mandatory boxes that reps will not realistically maintain.
- Build lead scoring theatre on data that cannot support it — simple rules honestly beat fake precision.
Questions
Which CRM should we choose?
The one your team will actually use, which is usually the simplest one that covers your process. We are not resellers and hold no certification quotas — the recommendation is not influenced by a commission.
Our reps hate the current CRM. Will this be different?
Only if the process changes, which is why we design it with your reps rather than for them. The honest warning: no configuration survives a sales culture where updating the pipeline is optional. We will tell you if that is the real problem.
