You should not have to sit through a discovery call to find out whether we are within your budget. Every rung below is a fixed number for a fixed scope, in US dollars, agreed in writing before anything starts.
Free
A live look at one of your desk workflows, and a written page on what could be automated, what it would take, and what it would return.
- 30 minutes on a call, screen-shared, on your real process
- A one-page written teardown you keep either way
- The hours-per-week that workflow is costing you now, estimated
- An honest answer on whether it is worth automating at all
No fee, no obligation, and no pitch deck.
Book the teardown →$750
One small workflow, built and running, so you can judge the work before committing to a sprint.
- One narrow workflow automated end to end in your own tooling
- Deployed, monitored and documented — not a prototype
- A measured before-and-after on the time it was costing
- Credited in full against a Sprint booked within 30 days
Founding rate for our first engagements, in exchange for a testimonial and a metric we can publish with your approval.
Claim a founding slot →$6,000
A full desk workflow automated, owned and handed over — the offer most agencies start with once they have seen the pilot.
- End-to-end workflow built and deployed in your ATS and stack
- Error alerting and a defined escalation path to a human
- An audit log of every automated decision, exportable
- Before-and-after measurement of the hours actually returned
- Handover session plus runbooks your team can follow
- 30 days of defect support after delivery
Fixed price. If we underestimate, we absorb it — not a change request.
Book a sprint →from $12,000
Your whole desk automated in dependency order, with your team trained to extend it without us.
- Everything in the Sprint, across multiple workflows
- Integration work where systems have to talk to each other first
- Monitoring and cost reporting across everything we build
- Enablement sessions so your team builds the next one
- Converts to a $2,500–$4,000/month retainer if you want us on call
- A written exit plan from day one
Cancel at the end of any 30-day block; you keep everything shipped.
Talk through scope →How the ladder works
Each rung is small enough to say yes to on its own.
You should never have to take our word for anything. The teardown is free, the pilot is a week and credited against what comes next, and the sprint is only worth quoting once you have watched us build something real.
- You keep the output at every rung. The teardown page is yours whether you hire us or hand it to someone else.
- No retainer to get started. Nothing here is a monthly commitment until you choose the programme.
- Scope is capped in writing. Fixed price means fixed price; an underestimate is our cost, not a change request.
- You own everything on delivery. Code, automations, accounts and IP, from the first day rather than the last.

Questions about money
What if the teardown says we should not automate anything?
Then that is what the page says, and we do not quote for a build. It happens when the underlying process is broken, undefined, or about to change — automating any of those just produces mistakes faster. You keep the analysis, and we would rather lose the sprint than sell you one that will not hold.
Why is the founding rate so much lower than the sprint?
Because we are buying something with it. Our first engagements are worth more to us as published, measurable case studies than as revenue, so the pilot is priced accordingly and we ask for a testimonial and a metric in exchange. That rate is explicitly temporary — it goes away once we have two or three published results.
Is the pilot a real build or a demo?
A real build, deployed in your own tooling, with alerting and documentation. It is narrow on purpose — one small workflow rather than a whole desk — so that a week is genuinely enough. If you stop there, it keeps running and you own it.
What happens if the work takes longer than you estimated?
We absorb it. Fixed price means the estimate is our risk to carry, not a lever to reopen once you are committed. The only thing that changes a price is you asking for something that was not in the written scope, and then it is a separate, quoted piece of work.
Do you charge for the first conversation?
No. The first call is free and takes about an hour. We are working out whether this is a fit, and you are working out how we think. If the answer is no, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
Why is everything priced in US dollars?
Because most of the agencies we work with are in the US and Canada, and USD is what they budget in. We are based in India and deliver remotely, which is stated plainly rather than hidden — it affects your time zones, not the standard of the work or the scope you are quoted. If you would rather contract in GBP or AED, say so and we will quote in it.
Do you do work outside automation?
We sell automation. When a build turns out to depend on something underneath it — cloud infrastructure, conversion tracking, a CRM that was never configured properly, or a small internal tool that does not exist yet — we can take that on for existing clients, quoted separately. We would rather tell you the dependency exists than automate on top of it and watch it break.
