Do you offer ongoing managed IT services?
Yes, but structured deliberately: a fixed monthly scope, a response-time commitment in writing, and knowledge transfer built in so the arrangement never becomes hostage-taking. You can leave with thirty days' notice and everything documented.
Can you work alongside our existing IT provider?
Yes. We often start with an independent review of what a provider has built — sometimes the finding is that they are doing a good job, and we will say exactly that.
